Material size range is Ø 0,2 mm – Ø 2.5 mm - Ø 30 for the manufacturing of band clips.

Formyay produces the highest quality products with zero defects. We offer many different types of springs and wire forms ranging from  0,1mm to  12mm in diameter. Materials used include: stainless steel, chrome silicon, chrome vanadium, oil tempered steel, hard drawn steel, music, as well as hastalloy, inconel and monel.

In addition, specialized springs and prototyping can be performed to solve any problem. Formyay routinely grinds springs to squareness approaching 1/2 degree. Material certifications, level III PPAP's, first article inspection forms, SPC documentation or any custom quality documents you require can be provided.
Formyay has the capacity to produce small custom jobs to high-tolerance large jobs and has the capacity to produce over 3.5 million springs per month.
